How this site is built

React 18 + Vite
This site. Every page is prerendered to HTML and hydrated, each in its own chunk. Three.js loads on the home page only: when idle with a mouse, on first touch with a phone.
Three.js
The face on the home page is a photo and a depth map on a 300 × 300 mesh. A fragment shader draws every "character" from geometry, so there is no font texture.
GSAP ScrollTrigger + Lenis
The pinned hero on the home page. Lenis and ScrollTrigger share one frame loop through the GSAP ticker.
