Common questions

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and elopements, 8–12 weeks ahead is ideal — weekends in the dry season (June–October) fill first. For portrait sessions and brand shoots, 2–4 weeks usually works. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out early and I'll confirm availability same day.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. I'm based in Windhoek and regularly shoot across Namibia — Swakopmund, Lüderitz, Sossusvlei, and the northern regions. A travel fee applies outside 50km of Windhoek. For destination shoots in Southern Africa, I quote per project. International available on request.
How long until I receive my gallery?
Standard delivery is 2–3 weeks after your shoot date. Rush turnaround (48 hours) is available for portrait and headshot sessions at an additional fee. Weddings and full-day brand shoots always include the 2–3 week window — good editing takes time.
What format are the delivered photos?
You receive two sets: high-resolution JPEGs (minimum 3000px on the longest edge, ready for print) and a web-optimised set (1600px, compressed for digital use). Both are delivered via a private Pixieset gallery where you can download, share, or order prints directly.
Do you offer prints?
Yes. Fine-art prints, canvas, and framed options are available through my studio print lab. I only work with labs I've personally tested — no consumer-grade printing. Pricing is quoted per size and medium. Ask me after your session.
